How To Delete an Mello Account
You can delete your Mello account either from the App or the Website by following below-mentioned
steps:
In App:
Please navigate to Account > Setting icon (top-right) > Delete Account
Here you can submit your request for deletion of the account.
We will check for any active transactions and settlements and delete your account within 48 hours.
In Website:
To delete your account you can email us at info@mello.fun from your registered email id with the
following Subject and body.
Subject: Request to delete my account
Mail body: I have an Mello account in your database with the username ……………. and the email
address that is connected to the account is ………………… I request you to delete my account from
your database
