Apoorva is a trained classical hatha yoga instructor. She is also certified in other forms of classical and modern yoga like Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Pranayama. Focussing on integrating yoga with fun techniques, Apoorva designs workshops to improve both physical and mental health. She is a certified strength and conditioning instructor.
