Prerequisite: A minimum of 1 year dedicated yoga practice or any fitness form.
Sanjana, the founder of YogaKalpa Wellness, runs a thriving yoga studio located in Bangalore.
She was introduced to yoga at 6, she practised intensively with renowned yoga teachers from all across the country. Her diverse training has given her an in-depth understanding of the anatomy and dynamics of advanced level asanas. She is known for her strength and flexibility and has won Gold medal at National level and State level Yogasana Competition. She has been teaching since 5 years and has conducted several workshops, retreats and classes all across Bangalore.
Every class conducted by Sanjana is a combination of alignment and breath-focused asana, and playful variations.
She conducts regular advance level asana classes and workshops both offline and online for students from various parts of the world.
