How It Works

  • Book a spot for yourself at your preferred venue from the list.
  • Choose a preferred time slot. We have three slots available 5-6 PM, 6-7 PM, and 7-8 PM. Different venues will have different slots.
  • Experience the yogic life from home by following all the practices we’ll send you in your email. It’s a surprise!
  • Show up in the evening on time! Do you have to bring your own yoga mat? NO! We have a sustainable yoga mat waiting for you at the venue, that’s all yours!
  • The session will end with a guided meditation, following which we have a tiny surprise for you that is bound to bring smiles to other people’s faces. We’re really excited for you to experience that joy.

About your creator

Aarthi Padmanabhan, post graduate in International Business with specialisation in HR and Finance, is a Yoga Teacher , Student and Facilitator in Yogic sciences for over two decades. Prior to Yoga , she carries 8 rich years of corporate experience in Jain University and other education centres, Aarthi is a soft skills trainer. Aarthi has been teaching Yoga for 15 years at various Yoga studios and Wellness centers., She teaches Hatha Yoga , Vinyasa, Ashtanga Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pre and Post natal Yoga, Pranayama and Mindful meditation classes across Bangalore. She has her certifications from The Yoga Alliance school. Aarthi qualifies herself as a Holistic Teacher in Women’s health and Pregnancy and is very passionate in assisting her Antenatal and Postnatal students in their journey through Pregnancy and Beyond. A blend of Eastern movements rooted in Qi gong, Tai Chi , Aarthi is a trained teacher and practitioner for three years. A well known Teacher in Bangalore and founder of Padma Yoga Academy , the focus of her sessions are on health, wellness and healing. She also teaches Corporate Desktop yoga and blends it beautifully with stress management workshops, mindfulness and Sound Meditations. At present, she offers Teacher Training programs in Hatha yoga, Pranayama , Yin yoga and Prenatal yoga and Garbha sanskar from Padma Yoga Academy across Bangalore and other Cities Aarthi’s guided yoga and meditation classes will help you to learn the right techniques.All exercises demand the right posture and correct form, yoga being no exception. With her years of practising yoga, Aarthi aims to do exactly that for her learners. More than being a teacher, she aims to be a facilitator and mentor, guiding her students to achieve their well-being physically, metally, and emotionally.
