Bhangra with Charan

How It Works:
The session starts with some basic warm-up exercises followed by learning the steps of Bhangra by dancing to some hit Punjabi songs and tunes.
For a comfortable experience, wear track pants and sports shoes. Also, don’t forget to carry your own water bottle/ energy drink.
