What To Expect:
If you are new to yoga or have been practicing online yoga and want to check or correct your posture and alignment, this is the class for you.
You will learn breathing techniques, Surya namaskar, asanas with proper alignment cues and corrections.
Shradda Krishna, certified Hatha and Vinyasa yoga teacher certified Yoga therapist pre & post natal yoga teacher and a nutritionist adopted a yoga inspired lifestyle in 2012 to overcome stress and depression. After her personal transformation, she wants to spread the joy of yoga in people’s lives. Her aim is to combine correct nutrition with yoga and meditation to overcome diseases that trouble our bodies.
Shradda’s yoga workshops are based on progressive sequencing of poses where each pose is practised in a safe, accessible and yet deep manner. The meditation classes combine the physiology of breathing with subtle energy of ancient yogic Pranayam techniques. According to Shraddha, ‘Yoga heals’. This healing has helped her clients to lose weight, overcome health issues like PCOS, Knee Pain, Asthma, Thyroid and lead a stress free life.’
