Are you feeling stressed, anxious, or disconnected from yourself? Join us for a Zen and Healing workshop with Tanvi, where you'll learn the transformative power of conscious connected breathing, movement and voice practices. Through guided exercises and meditations, Tanvi will help you connect with your body, breath, and voice, allowing you to release tension and cultivate inner peace. You will learn how to use your breath to calm your nervous system and connect with your inner self.
Partner breathing synchronized exercises are my favourite partner practices. You simply try to breathe at the same time as your partner. A synchronized breathing exercise can help you feel more connected to your partner, enhance your mood and create feelings of openness, gratitude, love, and peace.
During breathwork, you intentionally change your breathing pattern. When you engage in breathwork with a partner, you are willfully engaging in a practice that will strengthen your awareness of each other, enhance your relationship and strengthen your bond.

Tanvi Khemsra is a internationally trained professional who guides individuals through a specific type of breathwork designed to increase awareness, promote relaxation, and release emotional and physical tension. They work with clients to create a safe and supportive environment for the breathwork practice, and help them to connect with their breath in a way that allows for deep release and healing. This type of breathwork involves a continuous and connected pattern of breathing, which can lead to a variety of physical and emotional responses. A Conscious Connected Breathwork Facilitator has the skills and knowledge to support clients through these experiences, and to help them integrate the insights and healing that can come from the practice.
