With step by step instructions and all materials provided, we make it easy for you to paint, even if you have never painted before! Our expert artist will make sure that it’s super fun, easy and an artistic experience.
We believe that art is the best therapy! So having an Art Therapy session along with our Paint Bar workshop made absolute sense. So join us in having a fun filled, colourful, rejuvenating workshop which will fill you with gratitude and self love. These sessions are in collaboration with iDare.
About iDare: iDare is “One stop solution against abuse, relationship and mental health issues”
iDare is a mobile application based out of Bangalore, which is an inclusive, non-judgemental space to seek support, safety and wellness.
iDare aims to create an ecosystem of resources and support through content, mental and legal counselling, safety maps and 24x7 call/chat support systems. Our goal is to build a community of people going through similar issues and find healing through shared experiences and spaces.
About Madhoomita (the therapist) : She is an Artist, Art Therapist, and Psychology Counselor. She helps people explore their inner creativity and courage to lead a carefree, stable life through her art therapy sessions.

12*16" canvas, 3 brushes, 1 apron, paints , tissues, 1 palette.
