About your creator
Vedant is a Bangalore-based Rock ‘n’ Roll, and Indie Folk musician with his first album on the way.
His older songs like ‘Night Train’ and ‘Bonfire Lullaby’ are majorly influenced by artists like Jacob Collier and Bon Iver. However, his new album contains heavy influences from old-school rock bands like Led Zeppelin, Greta Van Fleet, and the Beatles, to new-age storytellers like Bruno Major and Sheil Sagar.
Vedant is driven by his passion for music, storytelling, and giving his listeners an intimate and extremely personal musical experience.
Nakull is an artist who perceives no boundaries between genres and eras. His musical journey commenced when he was six years of age, with an Indian percussion instrument, the Tabla. After performing at a number of gigs over the years, he began tuning in to The Beatles and Ed Sheeran- two artists that inspired him to traverse unexplored grounds and experiment with other instruments. He is now successfully self-taught in guitar and keyboard, as well.
This exploration subsequently led him to songwriting and composing. He independently records, mixes, and produces his tracks, holding every piece close to his heart, having developed each of them from scratch.
In 2019, Nakull began studying music production and sound engineering at Point Blank Music School, London. He hopes to carry forward the legacy of The Beatles and Ed Sheeran, creating music in Pop, Acoustic Folk, Rock, Electronic, and R&B. His work also includes piano ballads and fusion genres inspired by Damien Rice, Harry Styles, Coldplay, and the like.
