Listener's Circle is an event that has been created for people who need a space to air their woes without judgement. It's a safe space for all kind of burdens to be unloaded, in a calming group setting. All the participants are encouraged to listen and speak with empathy. A facilitator will guide this session. Together, the goal is to help each other out, and learn the skills required to deal with difficult situations, personal or otherwise.
What To Expect:
This experience will feel like a group therapy session. Some days it may get intense depending on the burden that is being shared. A facilitator will guide the group how to respond and how to understand the emotions involved with each of these situations.
