Manasa is a Pilates instructor and a women’s coach specialist and she has been coaching by spreading her Pop awesomeness from the past 1 year. She has a deep passion set in women’s health and has been helping women empower themselves by understanding their bodies, their struggles by building a healthy relationship with exercise, food and their bodies!
She has been teaching group fitness classes for both men and women for the past one year and has coached about 40+ women individually from diverse backgrounds to empower themselves through exercise.
