Imagine having gone through a traumatic event or a pang of guilt and then living through that for the rest of your life. This is the life of a person who is suffering from "post-traumatic stress disorder" otherwise known as PTSD. A lot of people go through traumatic situations like death, accidents, loss, etc. that leave a mental scar that causes PTSD.
Not all of these experiences and circumstances can be prepared for, but we can keep ourselves informed and aware of them to help ourselves and others when it comes to it. Join us for an interactive session of Mindful Cinema, as we uncover a new world while watching a movie together.
