This event is going to be a one of a kind experience that has a mix of movement, nourishing food and networking! Starting the event with a 60 mins refreshing workout with Pop Pilates which brings the fun of music + pilates along with cardio and flexibility movements followed by another 60 mins of networking with like minded individuals while we indulge in some nourishing bowls. This event is also in collaboration with a woman led sustainability brand.
All the participants will leave with a surprise gift from the brand :)
Manasa is a Pop Pilates instructor and a women’s coach specialist and she has been coaching by spreading her Pop awesomeness from the past 1 year. She has a deep passion set in women’s health. She has been teaching group fitness classes for both men and women for the past one year and has coached about 40+ women individually from diverse backgrounds to empower themselves through exercise.
Priyanka is a pastry chef from Le Cordon Bleu and has her own food brand called Cake Wisper. For her baking is therapy and she hopes to bring some joy and peace through pastries in people’s lives with her work. She is a fan of whipping gourmet desserts and offers various gourmet food and dessert options like French patisserie, eggless, vegan, keto, sugar free etc.
