POP Pilates is an incredible fusion of ab-chiseling and total body defining moves choreographed to upbeat pop music. This intense, mat-based workout challenges participants to rhythmically flow from one exercise to the next, developing a rock solid core while leaving no muscle untouched. This format takes classical Pilates to the next level. It involves a combination of Pilates inspired movements (as you would have already guessed) cardio and flexibility to make it a total body workout.
Participants also enjoy a shot of cold pressed hydration juice post session

What To Expect:
Pilates, music and whole lot of fun. Participants also enjoy a shot of cold pressed hydration juice post session
This workout requires no equipment, your body is your machine. All you need to do is carry water bottle, sweat towel and a whole lot of energy.
Yoga mats are provided at the studio unless you want to bring your own.
Also, please arrive 5 mins before the session. We start sharp at 815 am. 🙂
Manasa is a Pop Pilates instructor and a women’s coach specialist and she has been coaching by spreading her Pop awesomeness from the past 1 year. She has a deep passion set in women’s health and has been helping women empower themselves by understanding their bodies, their struggles by building a healthy relationship with exercise, food and their bodies!
She has been teaching group fitness classes for both men and women for the past one year and has coached about 40+ women individually from diverse backgrounds to empower themselves through exercise.
