My name is Kavery. I come from a small town in the magical place called Coorg. I have always had an interest in sports and fitness that has now become my life, my work, my passion. In 2019, I quit my well paying corporate job to pursue this passion, at the time I had no idea how I am going to do it. And today after winning several Nation Level medals in Kettlebell Championships and being looked up to as a Coach by so many people, I can look back at the journey and really see what the turning points were. The points of impact. I can also see all the stuff that didn’t work.
You know there is just so much information online about fitness, that one can easily get lost. So much focus on the next trend that its easy to ignore the basics, the fundamentals.
This is truly my work. I help people get in touch with the fundamentals of fitness, I help them get tremendous clarity so they can get the maximum value from their fitness routine. In the last 3 years coaching at a gym and working with people, I have designed a system that is perfect for someone who is just starting off their fitness journey, or someone who has been trying but not getting the results they desire.
I have started this space called “Resilience: Mind & Body” where we are changing the narrative about fitness. Fitness is not just about losing weight, or building muscle. It is about having a deep connection with the body. To be able to understand the body, understand nutrition, balance, to explore flexibility, to have conscious movement and posture, to recognize and activate the intelligence, the dynamism and the vitality that the body can give.
We explore a variety of specific forms and moves that have been designed based on some of most practical and impactful methods. We take inspiration from yoga, from martial arts, from classical dance and even from Tai chi to create this holistic approach to fitness. My entire focus is to help you achieve overall health, wellness and make the most of this physical form.
