Experience Description:

Tap into your body’s intelligence with primal ground-based movements.

What To Expect:

An hour-long session in which we will begin by loosening our joints, then activate the muscles and nervous system with some simple moves, breath work, and learn some powerful primal movements, followed by Qigong flow, static stretching, and silence meditation.
