Sreya has 6 years of experience in conducting Corporate, groups, and individual sessions in the fields of Power Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Traditional Astanga Yoga, Chair Yoga, Partner Yoga, Yin Yoga, Weight Management and Strap Yoga, Meditation and Stress Management and Zumba Sessions.
According to her, yoga doesn’t start from the mat, it starts from the time you start giving attention to your present moment whether you are sitting or talking or walking, anything you do with attention and awareness then what you feel is doing yoga. She believes yoga is not an exercise but a journey from our outer world to our inner world.
