Sanjana is a yoga instructor and founder of Yogakalpa Wellness. She has studied and practised yoga at various institutions around the country, including Sivananda Yoga Ashrama, Kerala and SVYASA University.
She has trained 1500+ students and worked with wellness organisations like Curefit, Urban Yogi and Breathe Happy (based in London).
She conducts regular classes at Yogakalpa studio, in Basvangudi, at the heart of Bengaluru. The studio hosts unique workshops such as acro yoga, sound meditation, advanced asanas and many certification courses. She also conducts online classes which include students from different parts of the world.
She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Yoga Therapy at SVYASA. She aims to promote wellness and holistic living through the ancient science and philosophy of Yoga.
