About The Creators & Host:
Chef Amit Patra is an experienced Sous Chef with a demonstrated history of working in the hospitality industry (6 yrs of experience with the top names in the hotel industry). He holds a Bachelor’s Degree focused in Bsc in Hotel & Hospitality Administration from Ihm Bangalore.
