We invite you to be part of our 60 minute yoga- flow led by Julia, followed by a delicious brunch by Copper + Cloves, held at the beautiful Paper Boat Collective space.
This three part beginner friendly vinyasa flow class is designed to connect you with your breath through the movement of your body. We’ll practice pranayama, postures and deep relaxation to help align the spine, balance the mind and reset the nervous system.
Although this will be a full body flow, we will be focusing on the neck and shoulders to help increase mobility and boost blood flow in the upper body.
At the end of the class we'll head into the garden for a nourishing plant-based sharing feast in the dappled sunlight through the trees. We will sit together, eat good food and enjoy each other’s company.
