Sandhya Balakrishnan is a RYT200 Yoga Alliance certified Hatha Yoga Instructor.
After completing her MBA from ISB Hyderabad in 2010, Sandhya worked for 12+ years across Fortune500 MNCs before she decided to pursue her true calling as a Yoga Teacher. Sandhya has taught Yoga to individuals and corporate clients from across the globe both in the online and offline environment and is known for her unique style of teaching which combines Yoga Asanas, Strength Training, Breathwork and Stress Management techniques.
