Join us for a strength + mobility focused yoga class followed by a communal brunch in the cosy cafe setting of Copper + Cloves
Mary is an experienced yoga teacher, who works with athletes and sportswomen and men to build strength and mobility. Her studio, Nadi Yoga, is based in Indiranagar
The class will be followed by a communal brunch, with a menu designed by Sarah, Founder of Copper + Cloves and Health Coach, to include protein-rich, balanced dishes that will help you refuel after class. Sarah will explain her nutrition philosophy and how we can harness the power of plants to build strength.
The yoga class will not only enhance flexibility, strength + balance but also encourage mindfulness and a deeper connection between mind, body, and breath.
Copper + Cloves is a cafe in Indiranagar serving soulful, nourishing food. With a leafy garden for when the sun is shining and an inside space full of cosy corners full of bookshelves for when it’s rainy, there’s no shortage of places to sit and enjoy a cup of artisanal coffee, a refreshing green juice or a comforting shake. Copper + Cloves was founded by Sarah, who is passionate about creating a community of like-minded people who feel nourished by their connection.
The menu is inspired by cafes around the world and features smoothie bowls, salads, sourdough toasties and homemade bakes. We have a cosy space perfect for intimate events around wellness, food, art & reading. Come down and meet your tribe!
